Members Benefits.

Being a member of the NWLA offers many benefits. Not least the peace of mind that your are backed by a reputable organisation.

The association is run by an enthusiastic team of elected members, who have a wide range of experience in a diversity of professions, as well as being landlords.

10 Members serve on the committee, each performing a dedicated role. They meet generally at least once a month. The primary purpose is to provide effective representation to negotiate with Statutory and other bodies on matters of common interest and to protect and promote the interests of Landlords. Additionally, they organise monthly branch meetings and quarterly newsletters.

Membership fees are currently £85.00 per year which includes a one-off charge of £15.00 for administration and the Residential Letting Handbook which provides an exhaustive reference guide to letting, containing a wealth of information on how to be a landlord, from setting up a tenancy correctly to the legal obligations involved.
